Campanile Prime Krakow Old Town Hotel

The location of the hotel is excellent.

The air conditioning in our room was inadequate and only operated in fan mode. The carpet in the room was dirty, contributing to an overall unwelcoming atmosphere. With such poor maintenance, I cannot recommend this hotel.

It was adequate, huge and with comfortable bed.

The location was great and fantastic, short walk from Planty Park;)))

The carpet had a stain, yet the room was nice and clean.

The room is spotless and new-fashioned, comes with comfortable bed, bathroom, for instance. The staff are excellent and efficient, giving their best to make the stay an outstanding experience.

The hotel was fabulous and clean with free wi-fi. The staff was AFFABLE and excellent, everything was excellent. The location was particularly good and fab, we were close to the heart of Krakow. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property....  

Absolutely loved the location, but the room smelled like someone trapped a family of incontinent dogs inside. The air conditioning was non-existent. I had hoped for a complimentary upgrade to salvage my stay but was sadly disappointed, so I just couldn't give a good review. Guess my expectations were too high.

I picked this hotel because it had good reviews, a reasonable price, and a central location in Krakow. My room was very simply furnished (one chair, small tv), but clean and comfortable. Highly recommend....  

Staff was accomodating.

For an international chain their wireless internet in rooms was shockingly inaddequate in order to use the internet u had to be in the lobby. In our rooms it was hard to connect and you would get disconnected and the speed was shockingly slow as well. One would think they could spend more on a real wifi server. .

The hotel's location is perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to the historical city center. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and cute.

The air conditioning in our room wasn't efficient, making it a bit uncomfortable.

Location is just perfect - 5 minutes from central station and 3 minutes to city square

The hotel staff is very proffesional and kind. They gave us a lot of information we needed. That was the first and very good impression.

Conveniently located just a five-minute walk from the main Old Town Square. Rooms clean and equipped with kettles, daily bottled water, and comfortable beds ensure a refreshing stay.

The air conditioning was practically useless. My room was like a sauna, leading to uncomfortable nights. Breakfast options could use more variety. Some items were on the colder side, and limited seating during busy hours made it less enjoyable. Several rooms showed signs of wear, from stained carpets to outdated furnishings, which detracted from the overall appeal.

It was in a very central location, to the main square of old town. In the evening we visited Polskie Jadlo, set around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the hotel. Our double room was well-equipped and new-fashioned, had street view. ...  

Cleanliness, Location,edequite funtional furniture, Daily change of towels. Staff, Value for money.

The air- conditioner is not self- controlled.
